What to Expect

The certification takes place during 2 days with 4 dives in Open Water.

Is equipment rental included?
For any Triton Diving experience, equipment rental is included with the package. If you wish, it is possible to use your own equipment!
Should I book transportation?
Triton Diving takes care of everything, including transportation. Your guide collects you from central Playa Del Carmen and brings you back at the end of the session.
What is the maximum group size?
In order to offer a human experience, the size of the groups is limited according to the formula. For example, the group is maximum of 4 people per guide to go to Cenotes. It is of course possible to have several guides if you are a group of more than 4 people!
I have never dived, can I participate?
Triton Diving offers first dives to introduce beginners to the practice of scuba diving.
Then, it is possible to become OpenWater certified in order to gain autonomy and discover new places.
I have health problems, can I dive?
Depending on your situation, scuba diving will be possible. For this, it is necessary to contact us beforehand in order to accompany you in this process.
What is included in the certification course fee?
The certification course fee with Triton Diving includes comprehensive training materials, equipment rental for the duration of the course, professional instruction from our certified diving instructors, pool sessions, and open water dives in the sea or cenotes necessary for certification.
