What to Expect
Each specialty course is meticulously crafted to offer you comprehensive training and hands-on experience in specific aspects of diving:
- Deep Diver Specialty: Explore deeper dive sites in the range of 18-40 meters/60-130 feet with confidence and discover the wonders that lie beyond the standard recreational diving limits.
- Wreck Diver Specialty: Delve into the past as you learn the ins and outs of responsible wreck diving. This course teaches you the skills to explore sunken ships, airplanes, cars, and much more safely and respectfully.
- Enriched Air Nitrox Specialty: Extend your bottom times and reduce your surface intervals by diving with enriched air nitrox. This popular specialty enables you to optimize your oxygen intake, allowing you to make longer dives.
Warning: Do not take a flight during 18 hours after diving.

Is equipment rental included?
For any Triton Diving experience, equipment rental is included with the package. If you wish, it is possible to use your own equipment!
Should I book transportation?
Triton Diving takes care of everything, including transportation. Your guide collects you from central Playa Del Carmen and brings you back at the end of the session.
What is the maximum group size?
In order to offer a human experience, the size of the groups is limited according to the formula. For example, the group is maximum of 4 people per guide to go to Cenotes. It is of course possible to have several guides if you are a group of more than 4 people!
I have never dived, can I participate?
Triton Diving offers first dives to introduce beginners to the practice of scuba diving.
Then, it is possible to become OpenWater certified in order to gain autonomy and discover new places.
I have health problems, can I dive?
Depending on your situation, scuba diving will be possible. For this, it is necessary to contact us beforehand in order to accompany you in this process.
What is included in the certification course fee?
The certification course fee with Triton Diving includes comprehensive training materials, equipment rental for the duration of the course, professional instruction from our certified diving instructors, pool sessions, and open water dives in the sea or cenotes necessary for certification. The certification fees themselves are also included, ensuring you receive your official certification upon successful completion of the course.
